K lets get this out of the way so we can start with the progress of the guild here are the ideas:
IM MAKING THIS DEMOCRATIC (BY VOTING) (OPTIONAL)
1.Change the overall focus of the guild(weekly/montly)- Example: gvg 1 week then maybe ha another then maybe pve another ext....
2. Officers/members need to participate more in activitys!!!!
3. Recruiting party- twice every month we will do a recruiting party in a large city where we all pose or sinc dance or somthing to attract attention id like to have at least 75 members
4. Officers i want to get to know all of you so maybe every time you get on gw get on vent
5. During the focus week say we having a gvg focus week(set builds)
6. Anyone will be allowed to participate in gvging(or other activitys)
THATS ALL NOW I NEED YOU TO VOTE ON ALL OF THESE AS APPOSED TO HAVING A POLL JUST PM ME IN GAME OR POST((VOTE ON ALL PLZ))

Not in Bio ATM.....but as far as #3 goes, it seems you were NOT listening to the leader of the guild when he said he was interested in Quality people...NOT quantity OF.....

I agree with queen and alot of those ideas i dont agree with becuase 1.a good guild dosnt just say heres the deal we are gvging and u can do it or ..... 2.i think we should be able to do wat we want with some limitation but i mean say if u wana gvg then you get a group of people who want to gvg but while thats going on say anouther person wants to ab or go farm with a group they can get a group of people who want to do that.

Have them all going at once in an organized fashion, doing one thing one week and another another week will just create cliques, and possibly actually tearing the guild apart.

Let people do as they wish. If they are wanting to participate they will, if they don't care to, don't force them. Forcing fun is not the same as having fun.

Quality, not quantity.

See #2, you can figure out where to substitute what in.

Having gvg'd with bio, set builds are not your best option. You may have 7 people show up that are used to playing warriors, and few if any have enough experience to play another class as effectively as they play a warrior. Build with what you have, just don't let people play with bad builds.

That's a... given? Unless you get a "gvg team", wherein they should be allowed to gvg with only the ones they desire. PvE is a different story, but that can also be applied to high-end farming teams (although, the restriction shouldn't be as strict).
In closing, Bio is fine as it is. There is not one guild out there that can achieve all you have listed. It's not for lack of effort, but it's because of the immense diversity of the community, and even the guild.
Leave it alone. And if you truly feel something needs to be changed, don't go at it alone, and without even a mention of it to half the people in your guild. Judging by just the few posts here, no one heard of any of this before you clicked "Submit". |

Here is something, They way that you told us you were going to indicatedthese changes, and the way that you forced them are two diffrent stories! To make a change people first need to know what the change is, not keep it a secret, than start a 5 hour argument on the way you need these changes to a guild that needs no change at all.

Agree! I found Bio to be a fun pve guild. Missed the 5 hour speech.. awe darn

WTF is this about...!!!!!  Is there a question of Bio being leader? Do I have to come over there on Ubs other account (cant leave for AT reg) and kick some buns? Dont make me get angry  I leave for a few weeks and someone is trying to take over the guild? If this happens come to da land of doTs.. or reform and come join the luxon side! Then we can ra.. um wipe the floor with them in gvgs and HA.

hmm they way I understood the "focus" of the guild was pve. To me that isnt "focus" but falls under events which if I remember correctly is Kevin's OIC?

Hmmmm.... not sure what you are getting at. Felt there should have been more guild groups. Even thought about making a "help a guildie day" for those that have completed the maps or have experience.. but thought about making that alliance wide. But then again I am a pvper that pves. But what activities (correct spelling I think... Kevin?)? You threw it out there, make suggestions to support that statement.

See OIC list (officer in charge) for this.. or sign up to do this there. Make it one of your #2 things. You want event then you need to get with Kevin and plan one! Dont order it. I personally am one that will tell you to .. (edit if you must) piss off. Been leader and trust me, there are some wackos out there. Just recruiting whoever is how guilds get torn apart. Check out any GW fan forums for examples.. Guild Wars Online has some interesting stories on that (one by a good friend of mine Deathbadder aka Faith). So if you want a guild full of backstabbers (I am being nice Queen!) then gl hf, but dont try that shiz here. I may not be in the guild but people in Bio are very good friends of mine and I watch thier back!

Was on there alot when in Bio... dont think you ever said anything to me, not sure about Sly (<3) or the rest of the "venters". But getting to know someone it is nice to ask not order. Why not hang out and talk to people to get to know them. Do something they are interested in. It is great you put yourself out there to get to know fellow officers. GG on that. But asking people that really dont want to get on vent to do it everytime, is asking too much. Btw.. do get to know those officers, some are great people even Larry (I HAD TO LARRY.. DONT HURT ME!)

| Yeah i think i agree with Uda...You and Nick DITCHED BIO CLAN before...all of a sudden you come back...i mean i havent left once...and everything seemed fine...then once queen left it seems that you thought it was up to you to "Heal" Bio...now im not saying ur a bad officer...you just need to chill down...Ive been in Bio for almost a year...and i usually just sit back and observe everything and speak when something i see is wrong...i think insted of your rules...you just need to actually get to know bio clan because you dont. You WERENT there for our pvp era..ur trying things that we have alrdy put aside of us...we are mostly a PvE guild and WHEN dots was in the alliance we would AT or HA with them...All im saying is EVERYONE needs to calm down because QUEEN IS BACK...and yes shes Human shes aloud to leave for awhile..XO's in the past have done so so lets not be hostile against her...NOW if ANYONE has any idea or such...talk to Bio, Maybe we can have a guild meeting or something so Everyone is on the same page. |

Did you actually read that entire thing.. I um.. went off on a rampage.
Hey Sly just because we arent in the same alliance or faction doesnt mean we cant AT with you. But you need 4 members over 2 weeks in guild and us not being in AT already. I am sure there are some doTs that would love to come sub anytime. As for HA.. the guys have been hitting that hard. Guess they have a new build they all love. Havent had a chance to go with them yet.
We may be out of alliance but that doesnt mean we dont care about our "parent" guild.
