Should we have a "meeting" for this... just so we can get organized (I have to have organization!! and order!!) and see about maybe assigning tasks to others so it doesnt all fall on just one person. (reason I dont want to be the one setting this up.. that sucks!)

Maybe someone to collect donations for raffle and prizes (have to be someone we all trust!)

Can others in the alliance help out with set up or is this a bio thing? (I know I trust Phase to collect and hold stuff.. well that and he does have mules hehehe)

Someone to help set and explain rules..? Judges... etc.

rollseyes I just think I asked to form a commitee... /runs I AM GOING MAD!!!
