Continuous Chattering that delays the mission, GVG etc.....is NOT Acceptable (don't make me start naming names)

The only people that need to be in the room are the people in the group....

The Vent is (primarily) for Alliance use only.

Yes in PvP there should and will be a wait time unless you go RA or HB. Even in TA you have to form a team, same in *gulp* AB (still dont consider this pvp tbh). When forming a team the team leader (whoever is setting it up) has 7 other people yelling for builds/armor, checking builds/armor/atts. When all 7 are yelling at you at once and you are helping one person its annoying to say the least. I admit I try to keep people at bay when I am on and helping form a team. I try to be one of the last set up since I have all skills and can play just about anything (even though I suck as monk from being so rusty at it). So patience is needed and basically required. Reason for the call out into guild and waiting for people to show is basic not knowing who can do what. If people will notice Devil (boo, ubs and I ) tell each other what we want them to bring. Simple reason, we know what the others can do, what skills they have. Because we have been/are a team. Also know what the weakness of the others are. With Bio we are not so sure. About the only thing I know is: Sly likes to play mesmer, Queen likes warrior, Kevin is a good ranger, King of Bonars likes to monk. As for what skills they have unlocked I have no idea. I know I keep seeing "I dont have that unlocked/capped etc" or "I cant run that bar, guess I wont pvp". But I am also seeing "Zkeys!" instead of people unlocking skills. Yes as a pvper this is frustrating as heck (trying to keep it clean.. I did it!).

From what I understand that went down was a misunderstanding of the build. Which wasnt pinged, and I might add would have eliminate most of this "fight". From what I have gathered Tote was asked to monk. The build I think was RC.
Which I dont remember all the skills asked for but I do know one, which is on every monk bar I make anymore including heros. Which is a ele skill!
GoLE= glyph of lesser energy
Aura of Stabiltiy was also asked for I think.. this is not a ward as I am thinking Tote thought it was. But a skill from Eye (assuming I am correct, I know it is recent) this is a monk skill in prot (not sure).

Both sides are at fault here! Devil for not being clear as to what he wanted on bar at first or pinging it for Tote.
Tote for not asking for bar and making one up.
Not that making up a bar is bad but when asked to take some off and put others in Tote got angry (I am guessing wasnt there). I have seen the bar that Tote pinged.. sorry but agreeing with Devil that it needed some twicking to go along with other monk bar (this is always the case in every pvp ever!). From what I gather Tote thought Devil was telling him to go Ele (only saw one ele skill there and that is GoLE). Devil was getting confused and frustrated. Devil was out of line thinking that everyone knows off hand the usual RC build, needs to remember not everyone here pvps (I know you are used to pvp guilds devil).

Both parties need to act like men and stop this! It was a simple misunderstanding on both parts and some MAN ego crap rolled in. Icon_angry

Now Tote wont/wouldnt do pvp with Devil because (correct me if I am wrong)
He took/takes so long to set up (happens with every pvp regardless)
Miscommunication about builds.

Devil is angry because:
Tote got angry (more than once) because of set up time (average gvg set up = 1 hour , this is for non gvg teammates that gvg on regular bases together)
Tote not listening to him or arguing build

Get the $%#@ over it!

just for info......

I have nearly all skills unlocked,
can play any char.....(am best at Warrior and ele....most experience)

WILL play whatever you like EXCEPT monk (I'm too slow...PLEASE take my word on this....) and Sin (I have ZERO experience in chaining together skills)
IF the build is explained to me.

so....there you go....

I understand the waits....just don't always HAVE the time......for which I apologize, up front.

in my defense, i wasnt as upset about the wait times as i was about the
general confusion and almost instant anger, regardless of the amount of
fresh experience regarding new skills. Also, GoLE and GALE look awfully
alike, along with whatever ward i thought i heard. flaming wasnt exactly
necessary, and it doesnt really make people want to even try to get into
the pvp bracet. with all due respect, that is.
