Would an admin be kind enough to install gwBBcode to these forums? It would help me out with build making, and just looks pretty.

And before you ask, I don't know how to install it as I've never tried... but if no one can figure it out I'd be happy to try myself if you'd like to give me temporary admin rights.

Before anyone gets excited about the idea of using the images as emoticons.....
it WON'T work....I am limited to a certain # of emoticons and to bring a box for all of the diferent skills in GW's would FAR exceed that amount.....

Silly people... most, if not all Guild Wars official fansites use it, as well as many non-official fan sites... "I don't think I will persue it"... wow. It's their job to persue it. :|

EDIT: So! if you want to install it, all you need to do is download it here
( http://gwshack.us/forums/viewtopic.php?t=361 ) then place it in your forum directory and go to forum_dir/gwbbcode/install.php with your browser. Its license, GPL, makes it open source and free, so you can modify and spread it all you want!

Forum support needs too cause to be able to use that code the forum support needs to give us the right to mess with the style sheets and currently they dont for anyone on this forum. It would be great if they did. That code is Java I think I didnt look to close but to be able to get into the guildwars.css sheet is just not possible on our end. I do recall the old forum BIO had had the ability but lacked what the new site has. I was just trying to post a youtube spot on forum and got smacked cause it too has JAva code for it. But I am still trying.

oh i've gone and done it now......

I cant get ANY of the emoticons to work......lololol

Deleted the origionals to try and pull all of the others into the box together......but now they don't want to cooperate and go BACK where they belong......

I've spent WAYYYYYY too much time trying to figure this out and am appealing to any and all techies out there
