My ranger could really use Jade Quarry and Fort Aspenwood for map. There is never anyone there. I can do either side. Just need to go in and do the map thing. Pwease <insert sad puppy dog eyes here>

Just put out a call on Alliance channel when lots of folks are on. Last time, most, if not all, of the 16 (8 from each side) were Alliance, and everyone came knowing it was a mapping run, not a battle. Of course, if you enter from the Kurzick side, the Luxon NPC's still shoot at you, and vice versa, but it didn't take long to clear a lot of 'fog'.
