These people all sell Lockpicks regularly and at discounted rates.
They have all been informed that members of my alliance may be contacting them....and they welcome the business
I will add to the list as I get more names

or if you are in an alliance whom owns a town, you can buy the picks for a discounted rate there too ^ .^
