Hey guys im in a desperate need of buying the Staff of The Forgotten

The one i need has to be a Mesmer Staff, and it must be Fast Casting!

Ill pay 20k for it!

Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)

Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%)
