After a meeting Saturday evening, and keeping in mind the wishes of the majority, a few changes were made to the bylaws.....please look them over....remembering that they are the laws of the entire Guild.
We have come to a collective agreement on rules for BioClan.
1. Fun, Friendly, Fair and Family is the Guild belief, if this is the wrong guild for you then leave, but this is what we believe.
2. No swearing or "Flaming" other members or Alliance members.
3. Leader, Officers or Members if any issues that break 4 F Law you may request a meeting if you feel it is needed.
3a. Leader or Officers a 3 member ruling is required at a minimum.
This includes to kick persons from guild, Alliance issues, Bio Clan issues.
3b. This does not include new members under 2 weeks. The officer that recruited may terminate without 3 person ruling.
4. New members will have a 2 week probation period.
5. Queen is in charge of recruiing, and at the moment, in charge of monitoring new members for 2 weeks.
5a. .Generally, I consider recruiting to be the one activity that all officers should do to at least some degree. Previous policies have stated that you must get permission to recruit a new member. PLEASE consider yourselves to have permission until I explicitly say otherwise.
6. Members (and officers) reaching over 1 month of inactive status will be let go from Bio Clan
So says the collective....
Disclaimer: The rules set forth will be adjusted for minor details for 1 month after which group meeting will be set in order to make new rules or modify current Laws

| Oh, and while we're at it, I'd like to be a little more clear on what we need the three officer vote for. Basically we use it for any decision that impacts the guild. Primarily, that means promotions & kicking, but not recruitment. Demotions will generally be decided by Bio, Queen, Beryl, and I, though if three officers come to us requesting a demotion, I'm pretty sure we'll approve it - it's pretty hard to get three officers riled up. Anything else that we use the three officer rule for? |

EEEKKK, is picking on Sly counted as flaming??? And um swearing on vent included? What about swearing in gh at Ubs in local? Am I in trouble again? 
Queen is in charge of what??? Oh you know I would find it!!
No where does it say I have supreme rule over pvp.  Or is that somewhere else.
