In int 1 and 2 of Shing Jea Monestary, the Dragon festival is gonna be a little chilly. Its gonna be a winter Dragon festival, hosted by Daniel Frostwind! There will be major giveaways of winterfest items and other things (I heard even RL prizes 0.0). Wear your best blue armor and show up in the international districts on Saturday, this looks to be pretty sweet. ^^
